From the outset, we have fixed our priorities which revolve around two basic and important aspects to any progressive institution. They are academic excellence and students welfare. On the academic front, every endeavor is being made to provide not only the required facilities in terms of adequate infra-structure, rich curriculum, co-curriculum and extra-curricular activities, and the experience, friendly and motivating faculty, but also the stimulating environment for learning, training, and st providing exposure to employment/placement opportunity. The recent 100% result of 1 semester students in mechanical production speaks volumes about our faculty’s dedication and our due emphasis on practicals.

A students’ welfare committee looks after various aspects of students’ welfare, receives regular feedback from them and takes steps in consultation with the administration and the faculty. This practice has resulted into healthy relations among the students community, administration and the faculty. This also has earned mutual respect for each other.

एक प्रगति शील संस्थान के दो मुख्य व आधारभूत स्तम्भों : ‘उत्कृश्ट अकादमीय’ एवं ‘छात्र कल्याण’ इन दो प्राथमिकताओं को हमने आरम्भ में ही तय कर लिया था। अकादमीय स्तर पर, हम सतत् प्रयत्नशील रहे हैं कि छात्रों को न केवल सभी आवश्यक सुविधाऐं उपलब्ध करायी जाएँ वरन बल्कि पर्याप्त आधारिक संरचना, शैक्षणिक, सहशैक्षणिक एवं अतिरिक्त शैक्षणिक क्रिया कलापों तथा अनुभवी, सहयोगी एवं उत्साहपूर्वक संकाय, अपितु शिक्षण, प्रशिक्षण व रोजगार परक अवसरों की उपलब्धता प्रदान करने हेतु उपयुक्त एक्सपोजर भी दिया जाए।

हाल ही मे मैकेनिकल प्रोडक्शन के प्रथम सेमेस्टर के परिणामों में शत प्रतिशत सफलता स्वयं में इस तथ्य की परिचायक है कि संकाय सदस्य अपने कार्य के प्रति पूर्ण रूपेण समर्पित हैं एवं आवश्यक प्रयोगात्मक षिक्षा पर जोर दिया गया है। छात्र कल्याण समिति छात्रों के कल्याण से जुडे़ विभिन्न पहलुओं पर अपना यान केन्द्रित करती है उनसे नियमित प्रतिक्रिया प्राप्त करती है और प्रशासन व संकाय के सक्रिय सहयोग से समुचित कदम उठाती है।

इन प्रयासों का यह प्रत्यक्ष लाभ मिला है कि छात्र समुदाय, प्रशासन व संकाय के बीच परस्पर स्वस्थ सम्बंध स्थापित हुए हैं और एक दूसरे के प्रति समुचित आदर, स्नेह व सम्मान की भावना बनी है।
